Given that he's probably testing free agency, I agree. Move him and take what you can get.

If Clarkson's rights are moved, it won't be something that allows them to move up in the 1st round.

It'd be more like Clarkson for a 5th rounder or something.

I would think Lou is going to try to pick up late round draft picks anywhere he can.

I don't know about that. If he makes it to free agency, Clarkson is going to get a lot of interest from a lot of teams(EDM for sure), yet some believe he's already gone to the leafs. It would give the oilers a week to convince him to sign there instead of Toronto and theres the conditional pick if he doesn't

I don't see many rights getting traded at the draft. They only have what, 4 days before the players can start talking to other teams? Doesn't seem like there's much time to get anything done with the players already so close to free agency.

Dreger says that they have 3 offers and 5 or 6 more could come in. Seems like its definitely being moved.

id be thrilled if devils draft lindholm-loooooooong shot (shut up devfan30 just coz he is swedish) or shinkaruk

Who knows what the hell they're doing over there. Roy can also deal with other teams trade wise.
